what caused my blood sugar to be high?? help please

Hi everyone,  I just have a few questions.  I am 27 and my weight is 107 pounds.  I have had wierd health issues for a few years with no answers.  Last night I was with some friends and one is diabetic.  We all decided to test our blood sugar.  Most of my friends were so much lower then mine.  Around the lower hundreds,  107,  110 ect.  Mine was 157!!!  We had all eaten at the same time 3 to 4 hours earlier and we all ate the same thing pizza.  Is this normal?   What would make mine so much higher then their's?  Another thing is my weight.  I thought that diabetes caused weight gain.  I have lost weight since my health issues started and can't put much weight on.  No matter how much I eat.  Thankyou all so very much for your time and help.  Have a wonderful day,  Nikkie!!

Hi,
Diabtecis can easily be controlled by exercise.).Laughter Yoga is kind of exercise. pls google it out about laughter yoga and its impact on blood sugar.
I will tell my experience.  Last week  I went  for standard health check-up. As instructed I was on fast from last night. They collected my blood and urine sample at 9 A.M. Then I was offered breakfast at 9.15 am. I had following breakfast
5 to 6 Idli (South Indian Dish)
2  Butter Toast
1 cup tea
2 Banana
1/2 Apple

Now I was asked to come again at 11.15 A.M (i.e 2 hours after breakfast)  for blood and urine test. Not knowing what to do for two hours, I sat at some isolated chair in the clinic and did 20 minutes silent laughter exercise. (BTW now i am very much can do laughter yoga by myself alone). Samples were taken as per schedule.
Now result:

My Fasting Sugar : 99
Sugar Level after breakfast: 91

Please note that I dint did anything except laughter exercise for 20 minutes while waiting for 2 hours.

Pls atleast  measure the finding  by your home sugar monitor machine.

Have your blood sugar tested a couple more times, on different days.

No, a blood sugar of 157 is high for a non-diabetic. I would go to a doctor and get an A1C which is an average of blood sugars for a couple months. Diabetes can cause weight loss as well as gain; at your age and weight you need to be sure and have your type verified if you are diabetic. (by getting a c-peptide and antibody tests) as you may be type 1. Also if you are losing weight you might want to have your thyroid checked. Let us know how it goes.
