11 year old chocolate lab acting strange.

I have a male chocolate lab who will be 12 in September. Just yesterday he has started acting very hyperactive. He barks all nights, he grunts constantly, he humps my leg and tries to rub up and down like he is humping a female dog. He is even doing it to our male rat terrier which hurts the other dog and we now have to keep the rat terrier indoors and away. He has never done this sort of thing before and we have had the rat terrier almost as long as we have had him. He has his off times where he seems fine, but then goes right back at it. What could be going on. This is all of a sudden.

Has your dog been neutered? It is possible that he's had a rush of testosterone.
