How cute! Yup, I would say aus cattle dog especially if he's good a learning. I have an aus cattle dog/lab mix (definately takes after the lab in size! He looks like a really big cattle dog.) He picks up commands usually first time and when we were in dog training class, the trainer would use him to demonstrate the tricks because she said cattle dogs are so smart that they pick things up really fast and he did first time every time! My dog is a little big, but most cattle dogs because of their medium to small size and agility are great frisbee dogs and really good at obstacle courses. Maybe we'll see him on the circuit some day!
he weighs about 15 lbs maybe a lil more

this is the video i mentioned earlier, i hope you can see it. this will give a better idea of his size and what not =)
since i currently moved i havent taken him to the vet yet to ask, but my groomer at my old place said she thinks a cattle dog mix also.
he learns tricks on his own like he taught him self how to play fetch its so cute lol.
I had the same issue. my little Gracie was supposed to be all Chihuahua (pictured). Can you say rat terrier!! LOL. I wouldn't change a thing, though. She's the most adorable little girl!
I agree with those that say australian cattle dog. His coloring is spot on. And, I like the corgi reference too. Those ears are great! Both breeds are smart with great personalities so I think you've got a winner!
I meant to have said that he does look like he has both breeds in him.Has your vet said what he thinks he might be?
That picture is so sweet of them all laying together. How much does he weigh? He has the ears of a Corgi,But his markings looks more like a cattle dog.I bet he is one spoiled little guy.Take care.
Cool dog. I like this dog. Look at those ears! Bet he doesn't miss a trick!
But he's no Pomeranian! He doesn't even look like a Pom cross.I'm pretty useless about knowing which dog breeds are which most of the time, but what a nice guy he is!
(maybe he's some Corgi, mixed in with cattle dog, mixed with....(?))
awe what ever he is hes to cute and look at thoses eyes just wanting to be loved. glad you took him and gave him a great home.
ok my puter didnt let me finish,
this was taken last month with almost all the cats lol the orange cat is his age we got them togethere they think there brothers =)

heres a picture of a cardigan welsh corgi (might have to copy and paste)
He really looks alot like an Australian cattle dog.He is a cute little guy.How old is he?
That is a really unique Pomeranian.
Possibly some fox terrier.
Not even close to a Pom. LOL! I'm guessing chihuahua is in there somewhere based on those great ears of his. Too cute!
wow ill have to see if i can put the money aside and do that, i didnt relize you can get so much out of dna.
you can get the DNA done for like 100.00 bucks through the ASPCA - I did when I adopted my Jasmine. She is 50% lab 25% chow & 12% colie the other 10% was too insignifigant to tell. It is so worth it to findout about their temerment, hireditary diseases and personalities.
Looks like a corgi/cattle dog mix
Looks part Dachshund or doberman. He is super cute!
I don't know either! Cute little guy. I think I would be contacting the people you got him from and ask them what kind of pomeranian looks like this. I don't know why they felt the need to lie but obviously did. Enjoy him!
