DOGS SWOLLEN LEGS

i adopted shayla an 8 year old cane corso from death row at our local shelter.she had a mammary tumor about the size of a tangerine.i had her vetted right away.xrays didnt show any metastatic ca.her bloodwork was great.and ekg normal.i was setting up for donations to have surgery done (i am a local rescuer as well) in the interim i gave her carsinosin and essiac tea.(homeopathic remedies) and within a month the tumor shrunk to the size of a grape! now it looks like its coming back.: (  what concerns  me more is her rear legs are grossly swollen.she eats well, urinates and defecates normally.and walks fine albeit a bit slow.her legs also appear to be leaking fluid.my question is.what is this fluid (likely lymph no?) but whats causing it and what can i give her for it? she is an 8 year old spayed female.she also runs and play bows with no issue at all.are the "tumors" causing her legs to  swell?  also there is one smaller tumor coming out that leaks a pinkish fluid.on her 3rd nipple.could it be she now has cancer and its spreading.but wouldn't  this show up in april when she had all the tests and the  "tumor" was huge?

As bad as I hate to say this, alot of people dump their sick pets at the pound instead of taking care of them.  I just hope it is not to late for your baby.  I am thankful for people like you that care.

To be sure, it's probably best to take her to get both tumors checked again, a needle biopsy should do the trick. And get her bloodwork done.
It's possible her swollen legs and fluid leaking there isn't related to the tumors. It could be a form of infection. That's my guess.
But it's no good just going off my guesses. Take her to the vet to be checked out.

My dog has 4 breast lumps. All benign. I have decided not to put her through surgery for them as they don't seem to be causing her any trouble.
Before she was spayed, one of them DID make her nipple leak a pinkish fluid, yet the tumors were ALL checked and found to be benign.I'm saying that effect CAN happen even if the tumor isn't cancerous.
But beware because some can mimic benign tumors....some can be a combination of both benign and malignant....some (even harmless ones) can put pressure on surrounding tissues, blood vessels and nerves.
It is always wise to have them needle-biopsied, and again at a later stage if any changes are noted.
