1 mth old chihuahua fell on concrete

My one mth old Chihuahua fell to the concrete splat on his back he was stiff  and his tongue turned white n it was sticking out of his mouth for a coupl of seconds then jst started wining n breathing like its in labor (really fast). This happened yesterday at 8 pm it is 5 the next day and is still breathing like in labor n wining. I am a trk driver n almost home will he die? What is wrong w him? He makes the effort to walk then jst sits. I hav been feeding him a meal supplement w a syringe and jst keeping him as worm and comfortable as possible. He only pees he has not used the poop. Plz help me i am driving as fast as i can to get to his vet.

Whatever the circumstances, the pup should have been seen by a Vet ASAP.  Any number if things can be wrong.  You must be somewhere near a Vet or ER clinic.

Yea mommy was run over 3 wks after they wer born and so i adopted him to giv him a chance. Now hes fighting for a second chance at life and hes a strong one.

Well im from Tx n i came to Cal. And visited my sister well her 12 yr old daughter and shes about 5'6 soooooo she dropped him from her arms. :( yea hes about 11 oz

He is way too young to be on his own without a mother, was he part of a litter you have?

So sorry the accident happened.  How far did the dog fall before hitting the concrete?  He could have internal injuries as well as broken bone(s)... to his benefit he mush no weigh much and is young.

Please let us know what you learn from the vet - it sounds very worrisome to me.
