Did my dog have a stroke?

my dog was diagnosed with heart condition than changd to lung condition with hypertension.. we brought her back from the hospital after her 4 day stayed in oxygen cage.  today she lost was walking than suddenly she lost control of her walk and was trying to get back of was like slipping.. not sure if this was a stroke. or seizure.. her eyes were fine and she ate right after... she didnt seem unconsciense. not sure if this is the meds or reaction to more serious thing to come.

thanks, the vet said it sounded more like a fainting episode which is common with dogs have this illness..

I have very limited experience with stroke in dogs, but the way your dog recovered suggests to me it was not a stroke.  

Given you dog was receiving hospital level treatment I think you should ask the vet involved in that treatment.
