Does you dog have access to a lawn area? This sounds very much like an allergy and, since it seems to be the feet, that would be my guess. You can try soaking the feet (if they are not raw and irritated) in a solution of vinegar and water (1 part vinegar to 2 parts water). You may have a small tub he can stand in for a few minutes. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
If if it fungal (and I really hesitate to mention this here) but you can actually use a weak solution of bleach and water, soak and rinse off and dry well.
Or,you can try the Epsom Salts or Baking Soda and water and soak the feet 2 or 3 times a day then dry well. My guess something he is walking on is the culprit. This time of year, many people are putting products on their lawns and shrubs.
my min pin today just bitting his feet like crazy i gave him a bath, I soaked him a perscribed shampoo and it doesnt seem to stop he rarely does this, is there anything to stop the itch with out heading to the dr and its late already. he has never done this before and it was after his morning walk
Thank you both for your input. I went to the vet today and he perscribed Termeral P. Hopefully this will help. She is already doing better today.

darkening of the skin can be a few things, yeast/bacterial infection secondary to an allergy, alopecia X, endocrine issues etc. I say get a blood work up and some skin scrapes with cytologies. Good luck!
