Personality Change in Dog with Head Injury?

Hi, 2 and a half weeks ago I was camping with my boyfriend and someone attacked us when we were sleeping in our tent trailer. We ended up kicking our 4 and a half month old Min Pin off the bed and onto the floor, and I landed on top of her. When I found her she wasnt moving, had blood on her mouth and couldnt walk. We rushed her to the nearest vet and it turned out she had a head injury. After much worrying and TLC, she is almost fully healed which is a miracle.
However, she seems more aggressive towards other people and animals. She still has her sweet personality and is so lovable like she was before, but its hard taking her for walks now because she wants to kill anyone she sees (she has the big dog mentality. she weighs 3 pounds). Could this be a permanent result from her head injury? Are there ways to treat this? Thanks

Its only my opinion but it sounds like it was a very traumatic experience for you all.She experienced all this as well and now she thinks strangers are out to hurt you and she has the small dog syndrome so in her own way she is trying to make sure you do not get hurt again,
Quite frankly the outside world according to her is a scary place and  also her getting hurt has reinforced this.It certainly has affected her mentally. I would take her to the vet and maybe she could be put on some medication to calm her down a bit like antidepressants for a while to help her deal with this.
I do not think she has the big dog mentality because I believe the bigger they are the quieter they are as they know they are big.But your poor little scrap thinks she has to act savagely as she is so tiny bless her,
I am sure when she gets her confidence back she will be fine.Be careful about other dogs as they only have to bite back and she is gone
Always make sure you are calm around her and let her know what she is doing is not acceptable.   good luck.

3 years ago our dog was hit by a car going 70 miles per hour, by a myrical he survived. Over the last year he has had a spot getting larger on his eye, it is black. A vet told us it might be a cyst and to wait until it covers the whole eye before seeing a specialist. We think it might be a blood clot. Either way he is having trouble seeing, we think this because on a few occasions over the past year he has snapped on relatives and even my boyfriend if we approach from the side of him that has the spot on his eye. This is scary for us because our dog is extremely well mannered and obedient, he has never nipped at anyone before or been aggressive in any way. Could he have a brain injury or blood clot that is causing his personality to change?
