Would bathing a dog in Johnsons baby bath, help canine eczema, or exacerbate it?

How do you know you are dealing with eczema? Was this diagnosed by a Vet? You need a proper diagnosis to be able to treat properly. You can try an oatmeal based dog shampoo.
My vet actually recommended that we use baby shampoo rather than buying expensive dog shampoo. But our beagle doesn't have any skin problems. I'd ask the vet if adding vitamin E oil to the shampoo would help?
