Hard bumps on my puppy's lips -- Pavavirus? Cancer?

My 8 month-old female boxer mutt just developed these hard warts on her lips.  These photos show is what they look like and they feel very hard, but don't seem to hurt her when I squeeze them.

I have been reading online and these are most likely caused by pavavirus (benign, common in younger dogs and goes away by itself in a few weeks), although there's also a slight possibility of cancer.  I still wanted to ask any expert that may know what this could be with more certainty.

Thank you in advance.

Ghilly, please follow this thread I started in another forum where I talk about my visit to the Veterinarian. I was very concerned and posted in several forums. Thank you so much for your reponse.  :)

Pavavirus (not to be confused with parvovirus) is entirely possible.  She's 8 months old and getting ready to hit puberty, so it could also be canine acne, the characteristics of which can resemble pavavirus.  Canine acne is common in boxers, too.  Spaying her would help that if that's what it is.

Has she been examined by a vet?  They would be able to tell you with certainty what these are, and then your mind would be put at ease.  Neither the pavavirus nor the canine acne is dangerous, but I would want to make sure that it wasn't something else that does need medical treatment.
