Is your dog neutered?  He may be marking his territory - and YOU - as his personal property.  Has your vet ruled out any possible physical problems?

Take your dog out every hour and let him pee whether or not he needs to. This will get him in the mindset to tell you when he needs to go. Just let him out every hour even he doesn't go or doesn't need to go do it and it will make everything so much easier in the end.
