How do I make my mini dachshund stop jumping all over me all the time? I have a baby on the way and am so worried

I have an 8 months old mini dachshund. He's a good boy most of the time. When my husband gets home form work the dog jumps all over him and all over me when I'm laying down or doing anything....I'm pregnany and don't want him jumping all over my stomach anymore, and when baby comes I can't have him jumping all over when the baby is on the bed with me or on the floor.

Also he eats my underwear if he finds a stray pair...and YES he's neutered...what do i do??!

When your standing up, you need to turn your back every time you dog jumps on you and ignore completely, if the dog continues don't look at it just walk away.    Your husband needs to do the same thing because the dog won't understand I can with him but can't with her. He needs to walk in and not look at or talk to the dog, just ignore him until he is not jumping and has all 4 on the floor then say Good boy if the dog jumps up say AT AT and turn your back again.
As far as the bed is concerned you have to teach the puppy the off command, you do this by throwing a treat on the floor when the dog is on the bed and saying off.  You have to make the floor more exciting than the bed. Your dog can not sleep in the bed if you train them to stay off so I recommend a dog bed close by or a crate for night.  If you are on the bed and the dog jumps on the bed say off and if you have a problem with it getting down stand up, say off , point to the floor and the second the dog gets off the bed treat, eventually phase out the treats.  This works for couch as well, stand up every time as needed it won't take him very long to learn to get off .  Use a baby doll on a blanket in the floor  to teach the back and stay command.  Sit in the floor with the baby doll, when the dog comes up to you say back, and body block the dog from getting on the blanket if needed.  Move the dog back as far as you are going to want him after the baby comes(or have a mat for him to go to- the mat command is trained a little differently you throw a treat on the mat and say mat each time, then say stay and treat again) because it's easier to train them right from the start than retrain them. When the dog is where you want it say stay and treat.  If he tries to leave the area say back or mat (always put the dog back at the same spot don't allow them to creep forward)  then say stay and treat.
As far as the underwear, when removed they need to go straight to the hamper or up high  example on the dresser where the dog can't reach them until you can put them in the hamper.  If the dog gets in the hamper put it in the bathtub or in the utility room if there is a door you can keep closed.
I hope this helps, let us know.   Good Luck
