My Little Boxer Mia

Hi All,
We have a 15 month old Boxer who has been sick for the last three weeks. We took her to the vet after a week of no improvement and they thought it was a blockage- they couldnt find anything with scans so we took her home and she just got worst, so i took her back again and they did blood tests and found out she had kidney failure and high toxin in her liver and pancreas. I am so heart broken, she has been on IV for two day and has to stay for a further three days to see if they can flush it out. We find out in two days if the results improve- if not i'm going to look for alternative drugs- i cant think of letting her go she is too young and means the world to me- anyone had any positive stories or advice?
Thanks in advance.

I am sorry for you and Mia... It is so tough to see your baby suffer. I will pray for her and hope for the best... I know how it is to lose a pet, especially since he was my soulmate dog and connected me with like no other dog did. We still don't know til this day what made him sick and pass away on his own.. He was only 7...  Please take care and I wish you peace.

Aaaww, honey, i wish i had some positive feed back for you... i work alot with animals, and by and large, most do not survive severe kidney failure.  I am sorry to have to say that, but you should be prepared. - hugs, Blu
