I am glad to hear she is feeling a lot better. I can see things are a bit difficult for you, because it sounds like you may be a teenager, with a dad who doesn't like dogs...??

I have a plan. I don't know if this will be possible or not. But if you get ANY money, maybe you could secretly save a little up each week, then if ever you need the vet in the future, you will have the independence to do what you want to do, without having to rely on family who may not be on your side when it comes to the dogs' care....
Anyway, good news. Do keep an eye on her though. She's most likely just fine now, but she did have a bad shock.

Hi.

She is fine. she was checked out. she is back to her self. she just was in shock. and a bit of pain. the pain is gone. and she is walking fine. she is back to my normal boxer again. Thanks guys. and for all those who think i didnt wanna take her. i would of... But its kind of hard if you have a dad that doesnt care about dogs. and no way of getting or paying for the vet. altho i would of if i had the money and the transport. i wasnt told what was happend till two days after... because no one bother to tell me. and i thought she just cut her self... so im not a bad person. i love my dogs like they are my children. i live in africa its hard, its not as easy, so im sorry

there is a fine line between the requirement and overacting circumstances with animals that plague vets(and owners) all over the world. The important variable to remember with an injured animal is that if it happened to a human would it be neccesary to take the human to the doctor and if so then it is probably a good idea to take the dog. For the anatomy of an dog is likewise to a human; the bone structures and muscle tissue in a dog in breads such as poodles and other less muscular dogs in comparrison with a rotweiler can also be a major factor with addressing the circumstances wether to take a dog to the vet or not.

Formula for estimating wether or not to take dog to vet.

Is it potentialy life threatening?

Is the animal displaying abnormal behaviours?

Is the animal in pain?

Finally your own personal judgement may come into play in varying situations.

Best of luck

Did the vet examine her enough to be certain there are no other injuries, and no internal bleeding?
If so, then the leg will either be broken, bone-chipped, or just very badly bruised. How are her hip joints? And I hope her spine is ok.
If the vet is sure the leg is not broken, then good. But bruising to bones can last quite a long time. It may be weeks before that has healed. Surface wounds and cuts can be dealt with either with antiseptics and/or antibiotics if there is any threat of infection. But there will be deep tissue injury as well probably, and this will take some time to heal.
The shock and the pain of course may have been enough to make her behave differently.

It was a very nasty accident, and it seems she has got through, so far, so good. But keep a good eye on her.

Nurse her carefully. And do keep in contact with the vet. If there are any questions you need to ask, don't hesitate to call them, or even bring her in, if there is anything that worries you.

The thing is the driver only ran over her leg. and the vet says she is fine she is just still in shock and pain. she is eating and drinking now.

No her behavior is not normal.   She should have been taken to a vet immediately.

Can you tell me WHY you have not taken your puppy to a vet?  If you knew a human had been hit by a car would you not make the argument that he needs a doctor?  I can't imagine the suffering that puppy has endured for the last two days and can only hope that you'll take her in today.  She shows every sign of searching out a den to lay down in and die.  Hopefully it's not too late to save her.

Dog getting hit by a car = visit to the vet... immediately.

Internal injuries are quite commonplace in dog/car entanglements. There may be internal bleeding, or damage of some type, and that's why she's acting "off".

Take her to the vet immediately... please don't wait until tomorrow.

Good luck.
