My Chocolate Lab's back leg is HUGE!!

I have a Chocolate Lab named Buddy. His back leg is EXTREMELY swollen. He will not use it, at all, just drags it everywhere.. it acts as if its "dead". He also has lost TONS of weight. He did have a tapeworm, but we treated him for that, but continues to lose weight. He shivers alot, and I recently noticed he has been doing this weird thing with his eyes; almost as if they are rolling in the back of his head. He seems to be always thirsty; he will drink til he throws it up again.. I NEED HELP!!

Your dog sounds like he is in EXTREME pain, he needs to be seen by a vet, why hasn't he?

You need to get the dog to a Vet!!!!  If this is edema, it can be very serious.  Combined with the other symptoms you describe, this dog needs a thorough evaluation.  The weight loss alone is cause for concern.  If he is shivering, he most likely is very ill and probably in pain.
Please get him to the VET as soon as possible!!
Searching the Internet is not going to help resolve any of these problems!
