My dog hasn't eaten in 5 days

My 14 year dog, had no major health issues till last weekend. She has arthritis and had a real bad flare up. We saw a vet on Thursday and  she was prescribed Tramadol, Gabeptin, Caroprofen. She was also given a shot of hydromphone, and cernic for nausea, and started to feel better as of Saturday. Although, she has nibbled on food here, but no real meals. Today she was acting like she was in pain and still not eating. She is drinking lots of water, and going to the bathroom like normal. I have tried several different things for food. Please help.

Has she had a Complete blood panel to look for underlying conditions? I'd start there....Have you tried to homecook some soft meals or are you trying to only feed kibble??? I also agree w/lindapalm, teeth are always a factor & can be extremely painful w/symptoms like arthrititis.....Let us know

Were her teeth examined closely?  At that age, that's the first thing I think of.  Our dog is 15, and I have to soften her dry food with water, and then mix a small amount of something with it, like chicken soup, canned beef stew, etc just to get her to eat it.  I've tried canned dog food, and she'll eat it for about a week, and then stop.  What types of food are you trying to get her to eat?
