She probably is fine. Dogs need water every day and can drink to fast. If she seems dehydrated you should try pedolite and Gatorade. That will help rehydrate her. Dogs drink lots of water though everyday. They say dogs should always have access to water. So, that is probably what got her sick, was being dehydrated and drinking to fast. May god bless your dogs.

I think she will be OK. It sounds as if she was terribly thirsty, gulped too much at once and her stomach got overloaded....but this is very dangerous. Please try, in future never to forget to provide your dogs with water, or access to clean fresh water.
They seriously can DIE of dehydration. Even in cool weather. A dog needs water every single day. Chronic dehydration can and often does, lead to kidney failure.

Keep an eye on your dog now, and make sure she is OK over the next few days. If she vomits again,or shows any other signs of illness, or unusual tiredness, please take her to a vet.

Yes, probably drank too much and too fast. How could your dogs not have water for 2 days??  If you aren't going to be around, I suggest you leave a few bowls or buckets of water available and ones they can't tip over.  We're they being fed?  If you have to leave for extended periods, maybe you can at least get someone to check on them once a day.
