Not Eating

I have an Italian Greyhound.  She is not eating very well in the morning, and night she sometimes turns her nose up at the food but will come back to eat it.  I give her Royal Kanie for dry food and Natures receipe easy to digest wet food.  No other systems.  Going to bathroom okay, nothing in her stool.

Yes, Welcome aboard the dog forum,,,,
I would challenge your vet with this question also, maybe call and check in with them first...
You said the stool looks good? Well, if the stool looks good, the dog's intake has to be from something, right?
But, if your dog is slacking in appetitie, it could be a number of issues, keep watching all significant signs, and let us know, and your vet...
Good luck to you and yours...
Advice: better to be safe than sorry...

Hi, and welcome to the Dogs Community.  :-)  How old is your dog and how long have you noticed her lack of appetite?  Royal Canin and Natures Recipe are both primo dog foods, so there is obviously something wrong that is causing her lack of appetite.

You really need to take your dog to your vet and have some basic blood labs done to make certain all her organs are working as they should. If this problem has only been going on for a few days, it could be something as simple as a gastrointestinal bug that can be easily treated with antibiotics.  If you have a senior dog, there could be something more serious going on with her organs.  Does she seem to sleep and just lay around more than she used to?  Any additional information you can provide can help our members help you. But ultimately, I really believe your dog need's a vet examination.
