Weird swelling on my frenchie's penis

I have a 5 months old male French bulldog. I noticed this afternoon that there is some kind of swelling around on the each side of his penis (in between the area from his testicles and forehead). It literally looks like he has another pair of testicles. The swelling occurs randomly and it disappears within a minute, usually in a couple of seconds. It doesn't seem to be sensitive or anything. I am going to the vet first thing tomorrow morning but I am wondering if someone could calm me down and explain what that might be before I go for a check up with him tomorrow. He is peeing normally and is generally very healthy. He only had skin infection few moths ago but besides that nothing. I am very worried so please let me know if someone had any similar experience. Also i'm very careful as what he eats, i only feed him cooked food and i do make sure he gets all the nutrients he needs because I talked with the vet about it, so I don't think its related with his food.

Yes, don't panic. All dogs have that thing, Bulbous glands. These glands are responsible for the "tie" that occurs during mating.
