He sounds very ill! Isolating is a symptom of pain.....In small dogs, dehydration is just as dangerous as the illness....Please call your Vet for an appointment tomorrow.....Your little guy needs some help ASAP.....Let us know what you find out......Karla
If he is not eating, and throwing up, he will get dehydrated very fast and die. He needs to be seen by a vet immediately.
Totally agree. He may have even ingested something. Needs to be checked ASAP.
I took Rasc to the vet, found out he had parvo! and tje vet said he was too far gone to save but I could take him home to die, unwilling to give up on my treasured pet, at home a neighbor had a home remedy, and now thank god my puppy is happy and very healthy! thank you for your coments and concern
Really? Did he have all his shots? Did the Vet do a test?
I don't know of any home remedies for Parvo but hope he continues to be in good health.
Would you be willing to sharing the information with us? ALso, I like Margot am curious...Did he have his puppy shots? Thanks, Karla
Rosco had his first and second set of shots, he was due for another set. I am unsure exactly what tests they did (I was crying in the waiting room)
Sounds like garbage gut to me.
My cousin's chiweenie has a sensitive stomach. If she eats something she is not supposed to she gets gastritis(?) (that could be the wrong term) she gets put on antibiotics and boiled beef and rice for a few weeks.
How is he doing? Your original post was days ago.
