my dog hasnt eaten any thing all day he hides and wont walk

Unfortunately that is not much information to go by, You need to check Him over as he may have an injury or be unwell.
He needs to be taken to a veterinarian for an examination

It's likely he feels unwell. If a dog with a normally healthy appetite suddenly won't eat there is usually a good reason. Likewise, if a dog who is normally ready for a walk suddenly doesn't want to move about, there has to be a good reason for that, and it is likely to be discomfort or even pain of some kind.
The 'hiding' thing, like Chasha said, might be because he has had a scare (something like thunderstorms for instance, can make a dog scared like that) But it can also be because he doesn't feel well, or is in pain.
Before assuming he is just scared (unless you know for sure he was) -it's best to take him to be checked over at the vet.

Is he drinking anything.You need to make sure that he stays hydrated.Has he gotten hurt  or been in anything that you know of.I am wondering if maybe he has been hurt or maybe something scared him.Is there anything else that he is doing ?It is hard to really say without knowing more.If there is anything else that you can think of  or have seen it might help us to be able to tell you more.
