I completely agree with Misfits and Jaybay! Please post back and let us know how he is!

I agree with Misfits. In a young puppy, this is far from normal and even dehydration can prove fatal. Err on the safe side and try to find an emergency vet. Hope to hear back from you with some good news!
If this is a "Blockage" of any kind, (Which we have no way of knowing what he's eaten) he won't make it till Thursday!
Find A Vet that is still open before the Holiday begins.....Your dog is in trouble & may not make it if you wait till after Christmas.....Please, find one now! What your describing could be any number of things....Some serious & some not so serious.....We have no way to know which it is----Impossible to diagnose over the internet! Again, I would not wait! Good luck...Let us know what you find out...Karla
Don't give any food at all for the next 12 hours. It will seem to you like a long time, but it is the only way for his stomach to rest and recover. If he is able to drink water without vomiting, let him drink water. If he vomits water, you will need to withhold water for several hours, also -- maybe not as long as 12 hours, but for at least a while. After 12 hours, assuming he is holding down water okay, try small amounts of low-fat, low-fiber foods like hard-boiled egg or tidbits of boiled chicken white meat with no skin. If he does okay on those foods, you can gradually increase the amounts of them over the next day or so. If, after the first 12 hours, he is not holding down water, you will need to call a vet or take him to an emergency veterinary clinic, even though it is a holiday in many parts of the world (don't know where you are located).
Pedialyte is okay if he will drink it voluntarily, but water is good enough. I wouldn't force fluids, at this point. Let him drink water on his own, and see what he can hold down. If he can hold down water all day today, but if he still is having trouble holding down boiled egg or boiled chicken after the first 12 hours, I might try a little low-fat chicken broth or beef broth. Again, it is his ability to hold down fluids that is critical, more so than his ability to hold down food, at least for the next day or two. What you are going for is to try to get him through the next two days without having to obtain emergency veterinary care. If he is still sick on the 26th, I would take him to a vet, regardless. But if he can hold down fluids by this evening, and if he can hold down at least some food by tomorrow, I think you can probably avoid having to take him to a vet on Christmas Eve or Christmas.
I'll check this thread later today, so post if you have any questions.
