Throwing up blood

I have 9 mo old Dachshund. Last night when we went to bed she was fine, but this morning around 3am she threw up. It started out just food now it has moved to large amounts of blood. She has thrown up 7 times and 4 were bright red blood. She is just laying there and won't move. I just got a boxer puppy that is 4 mos old and I am scared that maybe Molli has gotten something from the new puppy. What should I do?
