Hello everyone!

I just want to reintroduce myself.  My name is Susan and I came to this forum when my dog was attacked by another dog back in 2007.  Because of many other health conditions in conjuction with the bite, she had to be put down.  Her name is Tiffany and I will always have a place for her in my heart and still miss her everyday.

However, for my birthday, my husband got me a puppy!!!!  A 3 month old Shitzu!  I named him Fred.  He is just adorable!  I have been hinting around that I thought I was ready for another dog and here he is!  I will post pics later on.  

I will admit that I did some cryin' for Tiffy...bitter-sweet, I know many of you understand that.

I named my new puppy Fred because Tiffany was named after Breakfast at Tiffany's and Holly Gi Lightly's friend was Fred!  So his name is in memory and honor of my Tiffany who will always be with me...What a great honor to her that because of her love and happiness she brought to me that I wanted to do it all again!

Oh Suzi, I'm so happy to hear that you got a new puppy! I remember you talking about Tiffany and knew how hard it was for you when she died. I know Fred will never replace Tiffany but he can bring a new joy into your life. There's nothing like a sweet puppy. :)

Your Tiffany put a 'dog-soul-Thing' in your heart.....and that was the legacy she gave you! (My other dog did that to me)

Hey Susan!  Glad to see you here again, and doubly glad to hear that you finally have a new puppy in your life.  That is wonderful news for both of you!  Looking forward to hearing all about your puppy adventures.  :-D
