They can eat most vegetables but definitely NOT:
AVOCADOES
GRAPES
RAISINS
ONIONS (GARLIC ALSO MAY BE A BAD IDEA.)
LEEKS.

Broccoli, carrots, kale, greens, peas, green beans, cauliflower, beet tops, potatoes both white and sweet, turnip and swede turnip etc all are okay. Make sure they are cooked. Some dogs do like a raw carrot to chew on though! But dogs usually digest the veg better when it is cooked and served with their food.
Vegetables should only be about 10% of the dog's daily food. They are omnivores (unlike cats) and can use vegetables nutritionally, but still need meat.
Yes fish is good for dogs. But not fish every single meal! They can get too much of it. Oily fish like mackerel, sardines and salmon is as good for them as it is for humans. They too need Omega 3 oils. Get rid of every fish bone though before serving!, except with canned fish. The bones in canned fish are easy to eat, are not dangerous and will do them good.

Dogs can also eat some fruits such as apples. Apple in small quantities is very good for them. But NO seeds! Remove the core first. I used to give my dog a piece of apple every night, cut into small pieces, as a treat which she loved. Our vet also said this was okay for her to have.

Eggs too are good food for dogs. They like their eggs scrambled in a little olive oil! Mine did not like boiled eggs, but some do (shelled of course)
But not too many eggs a week.

Ginger gave you some good advice.  How old is your dog?
What is your reaction when the dog exhibits this behavior?  I suggest you ignore it.  When the dog is in a calm state, reward it.
If you haven't done so, I suggest you check into some basic obedience training.  This usually involves going once a week but you do have to do daily training at home even if only for a few minutes a few times a day.  Teach the dog some basic commands and reward.  This will help get the brain focused on you, on something.  Try getting some interactive toys like a couple of Kongs.
Terriers can be very high strung but most can be very smart.  Possibly redirecting that energy might help.

Oh boy....she sounds a handful! Poor little thing must get really stressed for it to make her throw up.
Try to go down the 'drug-free' route if possible.

First, check out her food. Is it extremely high quality with no additives, colourings, flavourings? Does it have good quality meat or fish as the main ingredients? And a sensible carbohydrate like rice or potato. Not 'animal derivatives', 'vegatable derivatives' corn or beet pulp, etc.
If you're not sure about the best food, try a home cooked diet including human-grade meats and fish, freash cooked vegetables (no more than 10%) and a carbohydrate like rice or potato -white potato or sweet potato. and buy a good supplement suitable for dogs to add to the home cooked food. She could eat this while you are researching what is the best dog food for her.
I can't really advise, as I live in UK and there are many dog food brands which are different elsewhere.

Exercise is VERY important or these types of dogs. In fact it is important for most dogs, but terriers like this are go go go types. They are essentially working dogs, and if they don't get the exercise they need, problems develop.
A gentle leash-walk around the block for 20 minutes twice a day is not enough for this type of dog. They need to burn off their energy!
Is there a fenced area where she can play frisbee/ball, etc...and is there a place you can take her which is safe for off-leash walks? Or is there a large room in your house where she can have a burn-up?
Taking her to agility is also a good idea if that suits you all.
It is often hard for people who work all day long to give a dog like this anything close to the exercise it needs. Someone to come in during the day to walk her or play with her in a safe fenced-in yard or garden would help, if that is your situation.

There is also music which is supposed to help calm dogs! Check this out:

There are others on the you tube list on the right. It might not be your kind of music? I don't know. But there's a lot of feedback from pet owners about how this music is liked by their dogs and cats.
