Thanks for the update and glad you took her in. Hope the pups will be ok. If she us on antibiotics, watch their stools and for any signs of diarrhea. You might ask your Vet about giving the pups a little probiotic.
Thanks it was mastitis i got the medicines needed & the doctor said her puppies will not b harm by it which is a gd thing thanks for your comment
If that is mastitis, you have problems and the dog should be checked ASAP. Also, it is very painful and your pups can get sick and even die. If you have an ER clinic, I suggest you go there as she probably needs antibiotics. You might do best to bottle feed those pups with a newborn formula until you find
Out for sure. I would not let a pup nurse on a test with antibiotic cream on it.
Do a Google search for mastitis in dogs.
Get a white piece of cloth and express some milk from the teats onto it and check the color. If it is yellowish or discolored, you have a problem. This us usually caused by bacteria. You can apply some warm compresses to try and give her some relief.
Sorry, but one should really educate themselves before taking on the "responsibility' of breeding.
Good luck and please update.
