Won't eat, come out of her create and shakes at times. Do you think part of the stick is in her? Something on the stick got her sick? I will take her to the vet if she is not bet by tomorrow.

You have to try and stop your girlie eating sticks! It's so dangerous and bad. At the least she could get wood stuck between her teeth and it'd put her off eating.
The best way to stop her (if she's fairly obedient to you) is a firm NO when you catch her doing it, AT THAT VERY MOMENT (don't wait and say it minutes later, or she won't get it) Really stare her in the eyes when you say this, and say it firmly and quickly, then snatch the stick away and get rid of it. Next time she goes near the stick say LEAVE or something similar. As SOON as she obeys, reward her with a little treat.
If she isn't obedient, and is wayward, then the best way sounds a little cruel, but does work. You must not be sentimental about this, because it won't hurt her. When she starts chewing on a stick, AT THAT VERY MOMENT say NO sharply, and spray her face immediately with cold water. I bet after two or three times she will not try chewing a stick, ever.

This is why I hate my little girl eating sticks. I wish she would stop.

Please do!  Too often we never hear the outcome, and I'm praying you have a good one.  :-)

You should get her to a vet NOW!  If she isn't eating and is beginning to shake, that means the stick has probably punctured something internally.  Check her gums.  If they are white or even just lighter than normal, that's a sign she is going into shock.

I can't tell you how important it is to get your dog examined tonight.  With the symptoms you're already seeing, there is no sense in adopting a wait-and-see attitude.  So you "might" spend some money at an ER for what turns out to be a well checkup, but I doubt it.  If she really does have a GI bleed, time is of the essence and waiting until tomorrow could prove fatal.
