my dog stopped eating

My 12 year old pit bull stopped eating a week ago(but drinks water), took him to vet and all his blood work and urine is normal. His teeth look good also. He will eat people food and wet food but tends to puke this up also which is yellow. I have scedualed an ultrasound for him which will be in the next few days. He is mopping around and very needy. The term of ADR was used, aint doing right... Any suggestions? We currently feed him chicken soup for dogs for seniors and buy the same for wet food as i didnt want to upset his body anymore. I did check and the dog food is not on the recall list.

Ultrasound done yet?  Important he stays hydrated.  How are the stools?

Well he liked the rice and chicken mix but now wil not eat that. I gave him a slice of bread and he eats it.. at a loss for his diet now.

It is also okay to feed your dog a plain rice and chicken mixture.  This is the least likely to upset his stomach
