my dog will not eat

I have a black and white pitbull terrier,she is one yearsn old and yesterday i gave her some can food, mixed with her dry food she ate it. Then today I noticed that she threw up and has not touched her food or water.Should i take her in to see a vet or do i wait to see if she eats?

I am a bit worried about her not drinking ,Try and put some water on her tongue to encourage her or get a syringe and squirt it into the side of her mouth about 10 mil.
If worried just call your Vet up  as its not good to get dehydrated.
When giving canned dog food make sure its a good make,and add a little at a time so her tummy can cope.

Do you usually give her canned food w/her dry food?  If this is a new addition, she probably just has an upset stomach from eating something she is not used to.  
Either way, I personally would give her a couple days as long as she doesn't continue to throw up.  If she keeps throwing up, call your vet and/or take her in.  
My dog (Chocolate lab mix:  known for gobbing up their food very quickly) often stops eating normally when it is hot or if he is not getting the exercise he is used to.
