Yes, white gums which are noticeable suddenly usually means internal bleeding. I hope she will be okay...but she needs urgent vet care.

This sounds like an emergency. Could be a few things including internal bleeding. Any other symptoms??  I suggest you seek Vet care immediately!!!  You are wasting time on the Internet for answers.
