If he has not responded to the medication then there is something else going on then what your Vet thought the diagnosis was. You should take him back right away or get the opinion of a different Vet.
If he hasn't eaten in a week and is bringing up bile he is in serious need of medical attention. He may have flipped his stomach.
I agree with Red...please take your dog to another Vet for a 2nd opinion right away.
One week is too long for him to not eat. Obviously, he is not getting any better. The meds should have started working by now.
He may be dehydrated too since he vomits alot & has runny stools.
