This forum is not designed for emergencies.....We cannot diagnose an illness over the internet.....Unusual bleeding from anywhere is serious.....Do Not force feed her....She needs a Vet ASAP...If you can, you need to get her to an Emergency Clinic now......She may not make it till morning.....Please, don't wait......I hope it all turns out......Good luck, Karla

Yes please take her to see a vet as soon as you possibly can. Throwing up blood is VERYserious.
If she has thrown up blood, that means there must be bleeding in her stomach, or possibly in her throat. There is some damage inside her -maybe from eating or biting at something she shouldn't, like a dog toy or whatever. And something like that could happen without you seeing or knowing about it.

Don't force her to eat. Food might make things worse. If she has damage inside it will need to heal. But do try and get her to keep drinking small amounts at a time.
Then get her to a vet quickly.
I hope she is better soon.

Please take the dog to a Vet tomorrow. All that do has to help her is you.
