2 weeks ago, we adopted from an individual what was thought to be a staffordshire/english BD mix.....well, he has the markings but nothing else, so i'm unsure what he is....his name is stretch.....
after the 1st week of having stretch, we've seen (since he still has accidents inside), that some of his stool is runny, and covered in clear slime, and is sometimes laced with blood....often, it's more maybe once a day, but a couple days this week, it'll be all day....his appetite is fine, our floor is picked up so aside from his eating our electrical cords lol, there's nothing we can really attribute this to....his previous owner, gave him the parvo, anti-temp shots, and 1 other....he has not had heartworm or rabies yet....his temperament is fine, he and our 2 kittens love to wrestle.....
i'm unsure what this can be, and i've called a few vets, and had 1 tell me he is going to die....well, if he's going to die, he sure is taking his time! we can't afford his vet/shots till the end of this month, and then in oct he will be getting fixed(though we don't really want to fix him--not arguing with anyone, making a statement).....is there anyone else who has had something like this? i swear, it almost seems "placenta"-like when i go to clean it up!
