unexplained oral symptoms

hello everyone. i've tried this on the std forum and was told i should come here. about 9 months ago i had sex with a girl i knew nothing about and will never see again. 4 days later i had a small painless sore in my mouth. since then, i've had a lot of different symptoms in my mouth develop. these include painless sores that come and go (white or red), sore throat, a greyish rash on my upper lip and corners of lips that does not go away, some erosive feelings on the insides of my cheeks and inside of lips, and tingling in my lips and face (all of these still persist). i've tested negative once for syphilis and 3 times for hiv, the latest being at about 8 1/2 months. i've taken anti-fungal and anti-viral meds with no improvement. does anyone have any suggestions as to what i might have? i should say that a few of my doctors said it could be a vitamin deficiency as a result of an alcohol problem i have, but recently i stopped drinking for a month and took lots of vitamins and nothing changed. it's good to know i dont have hiv, but it is still very worrisome not knowing what i have. can someone please help?
