Lump ?
I have this large lump in the front of my ear lobe. It hurts a lot when i touch it..
It is red and perhaps swollen because i thought it was a pimple and tried to pop it.
Im scared this can be cancer or something? Or maybe a cyst.

What can it be?
How would I get it treated?

This could be a sebaceous cyst (epidermal inclusion cyst), a lipoma, either of which can become secondarily infected.

sounds like a cyst but see your doc if worried
By the way, it isnt noticeable, only when i touch it i can feel how much larger it is and swollen
