Odd Swellings?

A few days ago the outer area of my left ear was swollen for no reason, my hearing in that ear has somewhat decreased due to the swelling, there is a red bump in the middle of my outer ear, exactly where the swelling is, I thought it was a bug bite, since we have flea's in this house due to the cats, but then the outer area of my left nostril began to swell up. I'm not sure what I can do for this, but it's been hurting for awhile now. If anyone needs to know, I have major allergies, and I constantly have to blow my nose, I've had this for years now, I'm not sure if that could be the cause of the nose issue, or if it could be another bug bite, however, this has never happened to me before in either places.

Thanks in advance.

Could be bug bites, could be "pimples" (localized/minor skin bacterial infections).  Try some triple antibiotic ointment.

I just felt the RIGHT nostril (sorry, an error in my original post, it's not the left nostril, it's the right) and I just felt a big bump where the swelling is, just like on my ear, except this bump is bigger. I also wonder if it could be a pimple?
