RINGING in the EARS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a loud ringing in my ears that I have had for a few years now, I have seen three ENT doctors and not one of them could tell me what is causing it. One doctor scared the life out of me when he said, maybe you have a brain tumor. I suffer from Anxiety disorder and I have had this ringing driving me nuts. At times I can be watching TV and all of a sudden things will move or seem to move side ways. No one seems to know what is causing this, I have had a hearing test and was told my hearing was fine. Does anyone have any answers ? Any help would be appreciated.

Did any of the ENT specialists do any vestibular testing?  Any MRIs, CTs, etc.

Can you be a bit more specific with the statement "At times I can be watching TV and all of a sudden things will move or seem to move side ways".
