symptoms

Hello, my symptoms are as follows, Dry Mouth(especially early in the morning) but definitely producing significantly less saliva than usual, maybe 40 to 50 percent less for last 6 weeks.  White Coating on tongue, not sure whether it is thrush or not for 5 weeks.  Ranula cyst on floor of the mouth.  And palpable tender submandibular on right side of jaw for last week.  Have had mucous and cough last week or so as well  Have been under immense amount of stress and anxiety since middle of october and symptoms are freaking me out, please advise.  Not diabetic from what I know and not on antibiotics.

Diabetes?  In my opinion not.

Not to say you could have this plus be Diabetic as well; that's possible.  

Please get this sorted ASAP.

Sounds like you have a case of Thrush going on in your mouth, but this is secondary to something else going on.  

Taking into consideration all your symptoms, sounds like a salivary gland issue related to an infection or obstruction or POSSIBLY some type of autoimmune disorder, i.e. Sjogren's Syndrome.  

That would be my guess.
