My Mum just said she thinks I'm getting to skinny and I need to maintain a weight how do I keep losing weight if she makes me eat more???

My Mum just told me she thinks I'm to skinny. She said I don't need to go and put the weight back on but she said I need to try and mane tame a weight but I'm uncomfortable stumic and love handels and somewhat my thighs. Last time I checked wich was Wednesday August 25th I weighed 149 and I am 5 foot 10. I still wan to lose some weight though I only have 17lbs left until I reach my goal!!!! I don't want to and won't stop now! What am I supposto do if she trus to make me eat more??? I eat, just small portains. Like last week for dinner I was so proud of myself all I had was a small peice of chicken the size of my palm and a hotdog. I wish I could eat that little every night but my won't let me. So I usualy eat half a plate of food then I'm full!
I just had a cinemon roll and a small glass of milk and I'm full so it dosent take much to fill me! But what do I do if she tells me to eat more??? She already tryed makinnme eat more a week or 2 ago!

I am wearing a pair of dress pants that I baught 2 years ago in grade 9 their now baggy on me and the shirt that was way to small for me a few months ago fits perfectly now. The band had come up to high but now it fits perfect. But I still think I need to lose some more weight what do I do???

Oh and I don't know if this is connected to me losing weight but since last nigh when I turned just my torso around I have been getting his sharp pain in the left side of my stumic I have had his pain befor but I don remember when it was do you think it might be connected to losing weight??? And can you stop getting your menstrual cycle from losing weight even if your not under weight??? Because my is 3 weeks late now is all this connected to losing weight???

I really just want a flat stumic and I am willing to go a few pounds under weight or however many needed to have a flat stumic!!!! So what can I do to do so???

If you exercise you can to eat more without gaining weight. Your mom is probably just concerned if you are dropping weight quickly. As long as you are doing it healthily and for yourself--no one else-- then there is nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight. But instead of focusing on the number on the scale (which can be very misleading), why not focus on toning up? Your clothes will fit looser as you tighten and tone your muscles, and this will also get you that flat stomach you long for.
Just remember to do it the healthy way. No starving and severe restricting. This will only lead to problems later.
Stick to lean protein, veggies, healthy fats (like nuts and seeds) and very little sugar. Stay active and you'll see the difference.

Ya I refuse to starve myself myself again! I did it for 2 days in July but stoped when unread it will slow my matabalizm down and just make me gain weight in the long run. The starving only lasted 2 days the first day was brutal so I wore an outfit that made me feel fat to push me the second day was fine dident bother me at all.
