Please help, afraid I'm going to die!

So I've been restricting to varying levels for over a year now and now I'm afraid I'm going to die of heart failure. I was getting some chest pain months ago, but they went away when I started eating a little more. Then I started restricting a little more again, and this past week they came back bad, my heart rate is really fast and the pain is sharp. I went to the ER yesterday and everything was normal except for a fast heart rate. But I'm afraid because they say your labs can be perfectly normal and your heart can still give out at any time! They prescribed me a beta blocker, which I'm supposed to get today. What should I do, I don't want to die!!

I know that I am not a doctor, and I have had a problem with anorexia for a little over eight months, but I think that if you get the beta blocker it should start to help. I also think you should start eating foods that help your body all over, like salmon and chicken for protein, which is important because your heart is a muscle, different fruits for the vitamins they come with, and veggies which help support a healthy body all around. If you can, try taking a multivitamin to help boost your body even more. If there was something severely wrong they would know and help you. Someday, everything will be okay.
