Nonstop sickness

So, here's the background information.

I use to only intake about 300 calories a day. I became really weak and basically couldn't keep my head up. So, I had to get checked out where the doctor did nothing because he knew what the problem was. He told me that I should start to intake more calories but go slow.

I tried doing that, you know, increasing my calorie intake. But I couldn't because it causes major pain in my lower stomach. And every time I tried to do it for a while but I couldn't because it just made me sick at my stomach.

I ate until I finally felt better. I then decided that it was best to upgrade my calories. I knocked it up to 350. At this point, I was doing perfectly fine. I wasn't keep count of my intake, I just ate foods that had a low calorie amount.

These past few days have been rough. Actually, the month. I haven't been eating meat, hence, vegetarian. I don't feel weak due to that. I just feel weak and don't know why. I get hot one minute and the next I'm cold, only in the lower back area. My eyes feel really heavy like I haven't slept in days, but I have. One minute I'm perfectly fine but the next, I just wanna drop to the floor and lay there.

I don't feel like getting checked. Because I know what they are going to say. They are going to say it's my fault because one, I'm not getting the protein I need. Two, I'm not eating right and three, I'm not doing anything to help myself.

Do you guys have any idea of why I'm feeling this way?

but on the other hand if you dont obsess  over food then is it still technically an eating disorder?
if you are trying to uptake your calories why arent you eating meat? its ok, i aslo do NOT think this is your fault, maybe try higher calorie smoothies?

i wish you the best

Definitely your calorie intake and the types of food you are eating.  Just what you thought.  Every body needs at least 1000-2000 calories a day to function properly and the foods must meet the nutritional requirements.  However, I do not think it is YOUR FAULT.  You have an eating disorder and it is an illness that needs professional help.  You need to get to a doctor who can treat your problem and not just say "start eating more."  best to you.
