i get this problem too, like it's a really hard workout to eat or something? it's strange
Could be a few things:
Anxiety, metabolism, or the body working hard to digest what you've just consumed. Pay close attention to when you feel this most and what you have just eaten. Also remember the effects your mind can have on your body. If you're expecting a racing heart after a meal, the body can react in that exact manner.
