please help me ... anorexia???

hey ive been suffering with anorexia for about 4 years.
i havnt had any help and hardly anyone knows about it (none of my family does)

i am 16 now and about 5ft 6 ... the lowest weight ive been is about 6st

im recovering by myself (havnt restricted for about a month ) :)
but ive still got all the thoughts (like im worthless and it will be better if i wasnt here etc)

do you think i will ever be able to be recovered 100% ?
if so, how long would it take?
can i do it by myself?
what do you think i shouild do?

i no im not recovered at all yet because i stoped restricting last time for about a month and then i just lost control and went into a relapse :(

Hi Fatty00,
First thing you should do is talk to your parents, I have a daughter who is 15 years old and I hope that if ever she has a similar or any kind of problem she will come to me and talk about it.
It will be very hard to do it by yourself and your parent will be there to guide you.
If your are not comfortable to talk to them, talk to a teacher or friends parent someone.

The most important thing is to control the thoughts. I can't tell you whether theyll go away or not because everyone is different but you just have to be strong enough to not give in.
