2 endometriomas found on scans

I had a laproscopy 5 years ago the results of which confirmed no cysts fibroids or endometriosis, however, been ttc for 9 years duration and had a scan in dec 2011 which showed signs of endometriosis,have ivf private treatment with icsi in jan 2012 and it didnt work :(  went for scans-ultrasound and transvaginal a few weeks ago which showed 2 large cysts inside left ovary,they didnt mention them on the scan before the ivf but were found recently at a different centre. will I need them removing? wonder why my lap n dye results was concluded ok. Any idea's? would love some help and advice if poss. Thanks Michelle x

No. The endo pain has gotten better but I have damage to my nerves in the pelvic area. Bladder/bowel problems are the worst part of it this disease ***** lol

If in fact they are endometriomas then yes I would suggest having another lap to remove and see if there is any other signs of endo that could have spread to your tubes.

I find that different techs see different things. I was told I had an 10cm complex cyst when in fact it wasnt a huge cyst at all it was my ovaries, tubes, ureters wrapped around my uterus like a big ball.  They always claimed they saw my ovaries and they were where they were supposed to be. I think sometimes they just guess.
