Definitely sounds like Endo to me or Adenomyosis. I hope you find a doctor to see. For surgery or consult, some resources I have explored are Endometriosis Summit, ICareBetter website with a list of peer reviewed surgeons, Dr. Andrea Vidali, Center for Endometriosis in Atlanta, Pacific Endometriosis and Pelvic Health in PNW, Nancy's Nook on fb, Endometropolis on FB. Best wishes to you! Keep reaching out and keep speaking up. Even if you find a doctor who recognizes the symptoms, sometimes you have to keep speaking up. It's been a long road for me. Best of luck!
Symptoms of endometriosis include heavy and painful periods, painful intercourse, infertility, painful urination, and painful bowel movements during menstrual periods. Consider gynecologic consultation. Consider initial workup with transvaginal pelvic ultrasound and further workup with MRI pelvis if clinically warranted.
I think those do indeed sound like symptoms of endo. Any update? Did you ever make it to the doctor to look into this?
Could be endo sounds more picos. Definitely need to see a gyno. Only thing you can do is see a doc.
