Ectopic pregnancy?

I had emergency surgery for pelvic pain on October 26th, 2009 where they found out I had severe endometriosis. My doctor told me to go ahead and try for a baby since if I wait too long, it may become more difficult to get pregnant. My boyfriend and I tried last month and I think i may be preg. since  Iam having all the symptoms(headaches, nausea, hungry all the time, sore breasts and creping). I am worried that I might be having an ectopic pregnancy since I had sharp stabbing  pains and cramping only in the left side of my pelvis(where the ovaries are) and now I have cramping all over. I am on day 24 of my cycle so this morning hpt was negative. I am worried about an ecopic preg. because it happens more to people with endometriosis. please help, if anyone know if these signs are normal or not.  I will test again in two to three days , I usually have a 28 day cycle and jusy got off YAZ. I am new to this site so I look forward to getting to know many of your stories.

hi! I've read that cramping is normal and maybe at your stage, meaning implantation...you are early in your cycle....I would say to wait a few days to test again and if you experience bad cramping and maybe bleeding, consult your doc ASAP. you can also be having an irregular cycle since you just got off your birth control....keep up the Bding just in case what you feel is Ovulation pain. I wish you the best on your TTC journey!! Baby dust to you!
