Endless Menstral Cramps

Besides the severe cramps I get every month, I've been having mild cramps off and on all month.  Is this from endo or could it be some else?

Thanks for sharing, I scheduled my first appointment for tomorrow after laparoscopy to remove my right ovary with endometrioma cyst did not help with the pain I am having almost constantly now.

I just got diagnosed with endometriosis but have been dealing with the pain for over a year. I also just had my first ovarian cyst removed which is how I got diagnosed. I get cramps caused by the endo at the end of my period lasting a week or more. The pain is different from regular cramps for me. It's a dull aching mostly in my lower back, sometimes sharp pains, sometimes a burning sensation on the right front side of my abdomen. Acupuncture works really well for the pain, seriously. It takes a cycle or two to really erase the pain but it works. Hope that helps.
