is it endrometriosis or somethibg else
I have had an ultra sound all normal. But I bleed after inter course fresh blood for 5 days or more I bleed even though I have done nothing im not on pill. I really am worried they think its endrometriosis as I have had constant infevtiond thrush/BV VERY often snd UTI I had a tvt repair and a repait to that the following year im also wanting a baby... but funnily enough bleeding I cant try!
We have been tryibg for past few months now. I have had 3 children prior. The babies r all healthy 3,5&7 each I caught on when they were 1 never had pill so they took a year to fall on with. Then after my youngest jorden I went on pill. Started with depo bleed like a cow cobstantly then went on patch then onto pill celest a progesterone only pill the mini pill that's when symptoms started thought painfull periods was normal and heavy thought I was just unlucky from that sex started hurting bowel movements and bloating and pain whether bleedibg or not so im hoping it will obly take a year maybe who knows but I'm . blessed with 3 children. MY close friend has fibromalasia I truelly feel for u x I live in england (leeds) im going to bradfors royal infirmary for laproscamy but ill defo b asking about excision. And I would be super greatful for Facebook sites etc I feel clueless I havent really had anything explained just told think its that so were doing laproscamy noone seems t care about pain and my worries. It really is hwlping me a.lot I just dont know anyone with endo or who to ask without being embarrassed x
I am going to be straight forward with you. It is important that you know that after you become diagnosed with Endo its a relief but then reality sets in that you will never been the same again. There are only a handful of excision specialist worldwide that can excise Endo, the rest use laser, don't have the tools to even learn excision or they get paid to do the same procedure and couldn't care less to learn excision because it is more time consuming and takes lots of practice, however that is the only way to get at the route of the disease. If caught earlier and if excision is done 85% end up becoming pain free however with the odds of how many surgeons there are the world that can do that we are limited and end up having surgery after surgery after surgery because the gold standard is still not available for millions of women world wide.
That being said you can always use something to stop the periods for now, unless you are actually trying to get better at this exact time. If you are trying now how long have you been trying for? and if not trying when do you think you will start?
The problem with Endo is that there is no way to tell who will conceive and who will not its so unpredictable. Someone with stage I could be infertile and me for example I was stage IV and I conceived after a year and a half. However as of now it is possible I am infertile but will not be trying for another as my daughter is 10.
The problem with doctors today is that they want to give you all these meds and meds do not get rid of Endo. If anything things like the BCP are used to stop periods therefore stop the pain, however if you have Deep infiltrating Endo like I did and you have never had surgery most of those meds will not work.
I have gone through so many depressive states because of this disease and on top of that I have Fibromyalgia as well and other co-morbid diseases.
For me I had very painful rectal and bowel pain, lots of bloating all the time, painful sex always have even with surgery it has never changed that is why its possible I could have adneomyosis as well.
The best thing for you is to do as much research as possible, find the best surgeon to operate on you the first time that is key. I can't express that enough. If you message me as to where you live I can try to help you find a good surgeon. I will also respond after that with many great sites to get information, certain Facebook pages and blogs.

In mean time its pure hell. I cant go on any drugs to stop the bleeding because they stop conception. . Stress is rediculous, is it normal to get numbness internally like the lady regions lol, and painfull bowel Movements too? Doc gave me norethisterone 3 times daily and it stopped bleeding for now yey! With all this going on with down there I didnt realise how badly depressed it would get me, that and not being able to conceive thank u so much for taking time to reply to my posts, I have been going out of my mind x

Had STD checjs, there all clear so was uktra sound cervux been checked looks fine... a cvt is a bladder repai x
If you had it a year ago and it was all clear and 8 months ago this started to happen I would go back in. There are many reasons people bleed after intercourse however for me the first time was caused by an STD, the second high grade lesions on my cervix that were coming up as mild on my pap. Just had a leep done.

PAP? If u mean smear test 1 year ago all clear. It has been going on 8 months but getting worse and very painful with stomach cramps etc at first I was convinced it has something to do with cvt repair, I had to have a repair on cvt it eroded ever since that problems started
