Endometriosis and diet

Hi there,
I was diagnosed with endo in Feb this year, after having a laproscopy. I have done some reading online about diets and endometriosis and was wondering if anyone has any advice or further information relating to this. I have found that a gluten free diet has made a difference with the pain and try to avoid too many dairy products and preservative rich foods. Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

DF GF have helped me significantly in a short amount of time. Avoiding foods like soy and any meats that can't guarantee to be hormone free have also helped. Tomatoes are one of my personal favorites, but the most important I've found I need to cut out. I'm sure everyone is different, but so far completely vegan/soy-free/gluten-free has helped the most. It isn't easy because I'm a die-hard meatatarian, but weighing the pros and cons of enduring pain and sickness over my favorite foods is a no-brainer for me.

Yes DF and GF will help with easing some of the pain. I will message you tomorrow with more info as I am not near a computer at the moment.
