Endometriosis?

Hi, I recently had a vaginal ultra sound scan as the Dr thought I had ovarian cysts, however the scan came back clear. I am still frustrated as I suffer from the following symptoms and wonder if anyone has the same symptoms as me?
Feeling very sick/nauseous
Abdominal pain
Diorrhea
Loss of apetite
Exhaustion
Back pain
Inside pain, like period pain (and also a dull ache inside).

I just don't know what to do. I heard that you cannot find endometriosis on a vaginal ultra sound scan, so any help would be much appreciated, I can't go on like this day to day.
Thanks

Mischka is 100% correct. Ask for a lap, if he won't give it to you find another doctor who will. If you let it go for too long it will only get worse. I don't want to frighten you but people don't realize how serious endo is.

Endometriosis can not be found on an ultrasound. The only way to diagnose it is with laprascopic surgery.
